How Old Do I Need To Be For A Piercing?
We pierce ear lobes of any age! We pierce regular cartilage for ages 12 and above. You need to be 14+ for all other body piercings except nipples and genital piercings which require you to be at least 18 years old.
Do I Need To Bring ID Proof?
We ask that you produce a valid government-issued photo ID as proof of your age at your appointment. If you’re below the age of 18, please bring a parent along to sign the parental consent form. Parents must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID for themselves, and for their child. ID’s for minors must have their name and date of birth listed on the ID.
Should I Book An Appointment?
If you’ve made up your mind about the type of body piercing you’re going to get, go ahead and book your appointment by clicking any of the scheduling buttons throughout the page. However, if you’d like to speak to our technician before making a decision, but free to walk in during normal business hours. Please note that even though walk ins are welcome, scheduled appointments will take priority for our technicians.
Is It Alright To Use Hydrogen Peroxide Or Alcohol To Clean My Piercing?
You cannot use any type of alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean piercings. Doing so can cause severe irritations and further complicate and delay the healing process. Our technicians will walk you through the aftercare process during your appointment. If you are doubtful about something, get in touch with us, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Will The Piercing Scar My Skin?
Since piercing punctures tissue, you could experience mild scarring on your skin. However, if you follow the proper aftercare prescribed by your technician, your skin will heal well and fast and not lead to any complications.
can i get a piercing if i'm pregnant?
DHEC prohibits us from doing new piercings on anyone who is pregnant. However we are able to assist you with change outs and tapers. Please come back and see us after the birth of your child.
